Counselling Carers provides high quality, specialised counselling and psychotherapy to anybody with a caring role. Our counsellors and psychotherapists are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and we abide by the BACP's ethical framework.
Counselling Carers is a social enterprise. That means we work for you, not for profit. We do our best to keep our costs as low as possible, whilst still paying our staff a fair wage. Any profit we make goes straight back into providing more high quality counselling and psychotherapy.
We want to see the most vulnerable people in our society thriving, and those who care for them are often unsupported in this vital task. Our mission is to create space for carers to process their own feelings, find restoration and healing, and be empowered to be resilient.
Following positive feedback from our carers, we are continuing to offer our counselling sessions online to carers anywhere in the UK.
We hope to offer face to face sessions in our Oxford hub soon for those who are based nearby.
We don't make a profit - instead we use any extra we have to reduce the cost of counselling sessions for those who cannot afford them.
With your help we can subsidise even more vital counselling sessions for a carer looking after one of the most vulnerable people in our society.
